For window it's very simply. Download and run the installation file. During the installation you must select the photoshop plug-ins folder as the installation destination. For example C:/Program Files/Adobe/Photoshop CS2/Plug-Ins/Filters. Photoshop will show the filter in the menu Filter/Panopticum/. If you wish to install the filter for a different image editor which supports the Adobe plug-ins, you should install into that programs plug-in folder.
